Returns Policy

Returns Policy & Lodging a Return:

We will offer a refund for items that are full price and returned to us within 14 days after you have received your order.

We will offer a gift voucher for items that are full price and returned to us within 30 days after you have received your order.

Sale items cannot be returned. Strictly no cash refunds on sale items

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to return something for another size, the best option is to lodge your return for a refund or gift voucher so you can repurchase the new size or style ASAP so you don't miss out.  

We cannot accept returns due to wear and tear.

Please note: the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Your garment/s must meet the below requirements to be returned:

- Returned within the time frame

- Returned in new, unused condition with all designer tags still attached. 

Sorry no garments that smell of perfume, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks on them will be accepted. If garments are returned in this state, we may need to send these back you. However our customer care team will contact you. 

Faulty returns:

If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact@wetfeather.com immediately with your order number and await a response for further action.

We will happily accept the return of your faulty item for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase or a gift voucher within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Please help us by providing a photo of the defect/fault as well as the front and back of the garment. This will help speed up the returns process. Contact us at contact@wetfeather.com.au for faulty items.

How long will my refund/gift voucher take?

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeksfrom the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded (Refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or if you selected gift voucher, we will send this to you via email. 

Please note: we cannot provide refunds for orders placed with gift vouchers.
